Job Description
The
SFDC FSL Lead will be responsible for leading technical design, configuration, and implementation of
Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions within the ESaaS Platform. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce core platform, FSL architecture, mobile enablement, and integration patterns. The Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the endtoend design and development of Salesforce FSL solutions.
Provide technical guidance to developers, admins, and offshore teams.
Review design, code, and solution architecture for adherence to best practices.
- Salesforce / FSL Solutioning
Translate business requirements into FSL Workflows, Service Territories, Service Resources, Scheduling Policies, and Optimisation Rules.
Design and implement FSL Mobile configurations and user experiences.
Configure And Customize
Work Orders
Service Appointments
Skills & Service Crews
Time Sheets
Dispatcher Console
Resource Availability & Capacity
Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, Orchestration, and OmniScripts (if Vlocity is used).
Leverage Salesforce Platform capabilities such as Event Bus, Platform Cache, Shield, Permission Sets, etc.
Ensure solution scalability across a multiorg ESaaS ecosystem.
Design REST/SOAP-based integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, Work Management Systems, Mobility platform).
Lead data migration, data modelling, and ETL tasks in alignment with enterprise data architecture.
- Governance & Delivery Excellence
Enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and QA teams to ensure defectfree delivery.
