Job Description: Presales Salesforce Architect
We are looking for a dynamic
Presales Salesforce Architect 10+ yrs exp with strong multi-cloud expertise to support solutioning and bid responses across Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate must have hands-on presales and architecture experience in
Agentforce,
CPQ or Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) , and
Marketing Cloud, with additional exposure to industry and commerce clouds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead presales discovery, solution architecture, and effort estimation for Salesforce transformation initiatives.
- Design high-level architectures leveraging Agentforce, CPQ, RLM, and Marketing Cloud.
- Prepare solution blueprints, value propositions, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
- Partner with sales and technical teams to deliver demos, POCs, and technical validations.
- Recommend scalable multi-cloud architectures and integration approaches.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Agentforce, CPQ, RLM, Sales/Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong presales storytelling, proposal building, and client-facing experience.
Good To Have:
- Experience with B2C/B2B Commerce Cloud, Health Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud (LSC).

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Architect certification is required. Additional certifications like Email Specialist, Developer, or Consultant are highly desirable.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Deep SFMC Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Studio (CDP).
- Development Skills: Expert-level knowledge of AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Data Modeling: Strong experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and integration patterns with enterprise systems (e.g., CRMs, e-commerce platforms, data warehouses).
- Integration Expertise: Proven experience designing and overseeing integrations between SFMC and other systems using APIs, MC Connect, or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Platform Knowledge: Experience with the broader Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) is a significant advantage.
