Senior Salesforce Pre-sales
- Overall IT experience: 7-10 yrs.
- Minimum 3 yrs. of full-time experience of working in a Salesforce pre-sales role.
- Strong Salesforce platform knowledge across Salesforce core clouds Sales, Service. Additional experience of Experience Cloud and any of the Industry Cloud is preferred. Should be able to demonstrate solution fitment capability for the chosen Clouds.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong MS PowerPoint skills.
- Collaborative and consultative work style
- 2 yrs. experience of working in a Salesforce / any other technology delivery program. Should have hands on understanding of how SDLC operates in implementation programs
- Experience in leading and managing teams while also functioning as an individual contributor / team member
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the development of client-specific Request for Proposals (RFPs) for Salesforce implementation/ Salesforce application maintenance & support and RFIs to showcase Salesforce platform capabilities and organizational capabilities.
- Create high quality MS presentations for RFPs, RFIs, Proposal defense and other internal and market facing practice events.
- Experience in decoding the RFP packs and summarizing the ask in brief to drive kick off calls to engage the right stakeholders.
- Prepare bid plan and drive RFP/RFI cycle from initiation to closure.
- Engaging with SMEs and leadership across the organization to gain consensus on an acceptable proposal.
- Liaise with legal, finance and other organizational groups to garner relevant information for response to RFPs/RFIs/pre-sales presentations.
- Facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, project roadmaps, training plans etc.
- Articulate responses for analyst RFIs through collaboration with SMEs and leadership
- Work closely with Marketing group to create market facing collaterals viz. brochures, success stories, website content and so on
- Assist Sales team in creating client specific services pitch presentation combining market research and Salesforce capability content.
- Create tailored Salesforce capability content leveraging Salesforce partner portal artefacts.
- Post the submission of proposal ensure periodic follow-ups.
Interview Method
Candidate will have to screen share and should have PowerPoint / any Slides creation software available during the interview.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Experience in delivering client demos, workshops, and presentations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
- CPQ Specialist (optional)
