Job Description
As a Salesforce Technical Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative solutions for our clients. Your expertise in Salesforce, particularly in Lightning UI and JavaScript, will be instrumental in creating efficient and user-friendly applications. You will collaborate with a talented team of developers and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce applications using Lightning UI and JavaScript frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and integrate Apex triggers and classes to enhance Salesforce functionality.
- Utilize Salesforce's Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building modern, responsive user interfaces.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the developed applications.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing Salesforce implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies, and propose innovative solutions.
- Document and communicate technical designs and development processes effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Lightning UI and JavaScript.
- Expertise in Apex and Triggers, with a solid understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends.
