Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, Named Credentials, and External Services.
- Build asynchronous and event-driven patterns using Platform Events, CDC, Queues, and Batch Apex.
- Design and develop integrations using middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, etc.).
- Work with JSON/XML payloads, scalable error handling, retries, and logging frameworks.
- Implement OAuth, JWT, and other secure authentication mechanisms for API consumption.
- Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and functional teams to deliver performant, high-quality integration solutions.
Participate in code reviews, optimization, and performance tuning
Qualifications
Required Skills
- 48+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong emphasis on integrations.
- Deep knowledge of Apex, callouts, API consumption, Named Credentials, and integration design patterns.
- Strong experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft preferred but not mandatory).
- Understanding of Salesforce limits, security model, and data architecture.
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
