Job Description
As an ESaaS - SFDC - Lightning UI & JavaScript Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and configuring Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of educational institutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving successful implementations and providing ongoing support. Responsibilities
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions for educational institutions, leveraging Sales, Service, and Education Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Implement and customize Salesforce features, including Lightning UI and JavaScript development.
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other educational institution systems and platforms.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented Salesforce solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce implementations.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry trends, suggesting improvements and optimizations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Salesforce Developer or Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Education Cloud.
- Proficiency in Lightning UI development and JavaScript programming.
- Experience with Salesforce implementation and customization projects, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.
