Need Salesforce Business Analyst who acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions effectively meet business needs. Should have deep understanding of BFSI business process and SFDC solutions for BFSI domain. The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, functional design, user acceptance testing, and continuous optimization of Salesforce applications. He should have minimum experience of 6 years in Salesforce BA role with overall 12 years experience

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • On ground experience as Salesforce BA delivering Salesforce implementation for BFSI customers, leveraging Salesforce Core Clouds and/or Financial Services focused solutions such as Financial Services Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of BFSI business processes and Salesforce solutions for BFSI.
  • Strong experience in conducting independent discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements leveraging appropriate framework to elicit requirements holistically.
  • Map BFSI processes (e.g., Loan Origination, Policy Management, Wealth Management) to Salesforce capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology, including running SCRUM ceremonies.
  • Excellent whiteboarding, diagramming, and documentation skills.
  • Hands on Experience in writing -Epics, detailed user stories independently, Functional Specifications, Business Requirement Document. Creating Business process diagrams on Visio/Lucid/any other industry known tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to own deliverables end-to-end and work independently.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are feasible and align with Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide training to end-users on new Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Certifications :

  • Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
  • One of them is Mandatory: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant / Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant / Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
  • One of them is Mandatory: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (SAFe POPM)
