Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled SAP professional to contribute to our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in implementing, supporting, and rolling out SAP solutions, with a focus on Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules. They will be responsible for managing technical development, delivering projects, and providing consulting services. This role offers an opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team, and to make a significant impact on our clients businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own all aspects of technical development and delivery, ensuring smooth project implementation.
  • Write Functional Specification documents based on client requirements, demonstrating a strong understanding of business processes.
  • Lead and mentor small-sized teams, providing guidance and support to junior members.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect and analyze business requirements, and propose appropriate system solutions.
  • Configure and test FI/CO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Asset Accounting.
  • Validate reports and customize SAP to meet client needs, ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Work independently and self-directed, acting as a subject matter expert and mentor to less experienced team members.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on persistent issues and provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 finance system problems.

Qualifications

  • 12-15 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, with a strong focus on Finance and Controlling modules.
  • Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge and project implementation methodologies.
  • SAP Certification and domain experience is preferred, along with expertise in FI and CO configurations.
  • Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules, such as MM, HR, PP, SD, PS, and PM.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SLAs and experience in managing priority-based tickets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Experience in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and implementation projects, with a focus on S/4 HANA cloud conversion.
  • Proven ability to provide technical direction and translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
  • Experience in working with interfaces and integration of SAP solutions, especially in the Finance domain.
