Job Description
M3bi India Private Limited is looking for a talented and skilled ESaaS professional to take on a critical role in our department. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into application code, ensuring proper documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Financial Modules and expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Node JS.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into efficient application code.
- Document technical application specifications for future reference.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure solutions align with architectural specifications.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to define and deliver business projects.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure proper implementation and integration of solutions.
- Provide support during deployments and be available for on-call duties as needed.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and business processes.
- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure deliverable quality.
- Assist senior developers in code development, testing, and debugging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a software developer in IT.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Application Financial Modules: Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, and iExpenses & iProcurement.
- Expertise in programming languages: Java, Python, and Node JS.
- Excellent command of PL/SQL and Unix Shell Script.
- Experience in developing and customizing Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Workflow, and WebADI.
- Proficiency in Oracle Application Framework developments, Business Events, and Bursting.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle 12.2 Upgrade and Database Performance Tuning.
- Ability to work on Interfaces & Extensions and SCM tools like GitHub and ADO.
- Understanding of Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices.
- Familiarity with various project methodologies, including Six Sigma, Waterfall, RUP, Scrum, and Agile.
