ERPNext Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Technical Consultant to lead and manage full-cycle ERPNext implementations. You will be responsible for customizing various modules, including Accounting, Sales, and HR, while ensuring solutions are scalable and efficient. This role requires strong technical skills in the Frappe Framework, a deep functional understanding of business processes, and the ability to design and develop custom applications and workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle ERPNext implementations, from requirement gathering and design to deployment and support.
• Configure and customize ERPNext modules across Finance, Sales, HR, and Projects.
• Design and develop custom applications, reports, dashboards, scripts, and workflows using Python and JavaScript within the Frappe framework.
• Implement Indian statutory requirements for payroll, including TDS, PF, ESI, and ensure automation of employee lifecycle processes.
• Integrate ERPNext with external systems using REST APIs.
• Optimize system performance and scalability for production environments.
• Guide junior developers and serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ERPNext best practices.
• Provide user training, prepare documentation, and ensure long-term ERP adoption.

Skills Required:

• Strong command of the Frappe Framework, including Doctype customization, scripting, and report building.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with database management (MariaDB/MySQL).
• Front-end skills including HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Jinja templating.
• Experience with Indian payroll configurations and compliance requirements.
• Strong business process knowledge in Accounting, Sales, HR, and Project Management.
• Experience with version control (Git), deployment automation, and cloud/on-prem installations.
• Experience working with agile teams and DevOps pipelines is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• ERPNext Developer Certification or contributions to the Frappe community are a plus.
