Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pollachi for an ERPNext Functional Consultant. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and aligning them with ERPNext functionalities. The consultant will be responsible for implementing ERPNext solutions, providing user training, offering post-implementation support, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the system meets business goals. Documenting workflows and ensuring the continuous improvement of ERP systems will also be integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating business processes and proposing solutions
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members
• Experience in business process analysis and process optimization
• Proficiency in consulting and providing strategic ERPNext implementation support
• Basic understanding or familiarity with finance functions related to ERP systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience with ERPNext or similar systems is a strong advantage
• Educational background in IT, business, or a related field is preferred

Nice to have: CA Inter / ERP certification
