About the Role
Unimech Industries is looking for a hands-on ERP Implementation & Process Excellence Manager to help us unlock the full potential of our ERP system. Today, only a fraction of the ERP capability is used, with fragmented item masters, manual POs, and limited BOM discipline. This role will lead the transition to a structured, integrated, and process-driven ERP environment across our steel foundry and machine shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and stabilise ERP processes across Sales, PPC, Purchase, Stores, Production, Quality, and Finance
- Clean, standardise, and govern the item master
- Establish and enforce BOMs for castings, machined parts, and bought-out items
- Eliminate manual PO creation and enable ERP-driven procurement
- Align ERP workflows with actual shop-floor and business processes
- Drive user adoption, training, and transaction discipline
- Build reliable MIS and management dashboards from ERP data

Ideal Candidate
- 815 years of experience in manufacturing ERP implementation
- Strong understanding of foundry / machine shop / heavy engineering operations
- Proven track record of fixing or stabilising ERP systems
- Process-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working on the shop floor
