Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site ERP Support role located in Kolkata. The ERP Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with ERP system implementations, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating customer requirements, providing technical support, assisting in system setup and updates, and ensuring the ERP software aligns with client business processes. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver a tailored client experience and supporting end users in understanding system functionality are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Planning abilities for understanding customer requirements and delivering effective solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and address their technical needs efficiently.
- Knowledge in Finance and ERP-related domains is essential to support and implement relevant functionalities.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Prior experience in ERP support or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy ( hons / pass) , Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
