- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong exposure to pre-sales, solution architecture, or advisory roles
- Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and cross-module integrations
- Proven experience supporting complex, global pursuits across multiple regions
- Demonstrated ability to create and leverage tools, IP, accelerators, or reusable assets for sales and delivery
Consulting & Leadership Skills
- Strong commercial and consultative mindset with the ability to influence deal outcomes
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Experience mentoring or leading solution architects and senior consultants
- Comfortable operating across cultures, time zones, and virtual teams
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications strongly preferred
