Roles And Responsibilites

Provide Level 1 support to end users for ERP SCM modules, handling incidents, service requests, and work orders effectively.
Ensure system stability and operational support during financial period closing, addressing critical issues within defined SLAs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to review and validate new requirements related to SCM processes and system enhancements.
Work closely with IT and business teams to analyze, design, and validate system changes in ERP SCM modules and integrated applications.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating system functionality, business scenarios, and ensuring readiness for production deployment.
Generate ad-hoc reports and data insights to support business decision-making within SCM operations.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility into supply chain performance metrics.
Support data cleansing, data validation, and migration activities in coordination with business and IT teams.
