The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced ERP/SAP Senior Project Manager: to lead complex ERP projects and ensure successful delivery of enterprise solutions. This role will focus on end-to-end project management:, driving execution, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectivesnot only within SAP but across related systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ERP/SAP projects: from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans:, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders: to define requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage vendor and consulting partner relationships:, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee data migration, system integration, and master data governance: activities.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies:, implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with GXP, SOX, and cybersecurity standards:, maintaining audit readiness.
  • Drive organizational change management:, including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
  • Champion Agile practices: (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) where applicable, fostering adaptability and continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting: on progress, risks, and achievements.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in ERP/SAP project management:, ideally end-to-end delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred:).
  • 6+ years: of project management experience with successful software delivery track record.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management: skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking: abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies:.
