Navtech is looking for an ERP Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development efforts for our ERP solutions in the India region. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, coupled with sales acumen, to understand customer requirements, demonstrate ERP solutions, and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP solutions across various industries.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges, and propose suitable ERP solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, implementation, and support) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new ERP technologies to position solutions effectively.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, IT heads, and C-level executives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ERP sales, pre-sales, or business development roles.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business value.
- Experience selling ERP solutions in manufacturing, retail, finance, or logistics sectors.
- Previous experience in handling mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with Indian business practices, taxation, and compliance is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related degrees and throughout education in English medium.
