ERP - Project Lead

This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or other Microsoft ERP solutions). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring the ERP system is effectively integrated with our online sales platforms, inventory systems, and order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Microsoft ERP implementation across eCommerce functions.
• Scope & Budget Management: Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets aligned with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, finance, operations, and customer service.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of the ERP with eCommerce platforms like Magento, WMS, and OMS.
• Data & Configuration: Oversee data migration, system configuration, and customization to suit eCommerce workflows.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Testing & Training: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live readiness.
• Post-Implementation & Optimization: Drive post-implementation support, continuous improvement, and performance optimization.
• Risk Management: Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in ERP implementations for eCommerce or retail businesses.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other Microsoft ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and digital sales operations.
• Proven experience in integrating ERP with WMS and OMS.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
