Job Description

Job title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Internal Consultant / ERP Manager

Job purpose: As part of the MSD365 Team, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Internal Consultant is responsible for supporting enterprise finance operations by implementing change requests, supporting global ERP rollout projects, and ensuring stable service operations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (Finance & Operations). The role is explicitly focused on enterprise-grade ERP scenarios.

Main accountabilities and tasks:

1. Facilitate, coordinate, and contribute to feasibility studies for enterprise finance and operation processes

2. Analyze complex business and finance and operation requirements and translate them into functional specifications for D365 Finance

3. Perform hands-on configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost Accounting)

4. Design enterprise finance solutions aligned with global templates and harmonization initiatives 5. Resolve incidents and service requests and actively contribute to problem management on MSD365

6. Prepare test cases, test scripts, and execute integration testing and UAT for enterprise deployments

7. Support and govern global MSD365 ERP rollout projects for the finance and operation domains

8. Coordinate finance-related activities including master data management, training, and communication

9. Deliver training to key users and maintain system and process documentation

10. Manage and contribute to finance and operation related ERP projects using structured project management practices

Desired experience and qualifications:

Work experience: Minimum 8 - 10 years experience with responsibilities outlined. Experience in a multi-national company environment

Expertise (e.g. professional, technical):

  1. Strong expertise in financial management, product costing, and profitability analysis.
  2. Experience with at least two end-to-end ERP implementations or major redesigns.
  3. Deep understanding of finance integration with sales, procurement, and supply chain processes Experience with enterprise ERP platforms (Dynamics 365);
  4. ITIL certifications considered an advantage.
  5. Good process understanding and ability to be able to support SAP best practice approaches within different templates.
  6. Experience with Basware, product line is considered an advantage.
  7. ITIL certifications considered an advantage.

Education: Level: Degree from Technical College preferred.
