We are looking for an experienced ERP Financial Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly Lease Management and Fusion Tax. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting financial modules while ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules, with a focus on Lease Management and Fusion Tax.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Perform functional setups and configurations for financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) where required.
- Configure and maintain Fusion Tax rules, tax regimes, tax rates, and tax reporting requirements.
- Manage lease accounting processes including lease setup, lease payments, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations and data migration activities.
- Support UAT cycles, resolve functional issues, and provide system recommendations.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration documents, and user guides.
- Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements.
Required Skills:
- 68 years of experience in ERP Financial implementations or support.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Strong expertise in Lease Management and Fusion Tax configuration.
- Knowledge of financial modules such as GL, AP, AR.
- Experience in business process analysis and functional documentation.
- Good understanding of financial accounting and tax compliance.
