Key Responsibilities:
ERP Management and Support
- Manage day-to-day operations of the ERP system across production, manufacturing, and engineering functions.
- Configure ERP modules as per organizational requirements and process workflows.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide technical support to users.
Process Optimization
- Analyze production, manufacturing, and engineering processes to identify opportunities for automation and ERP integration.
- Streamline workflows and data entry processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement ERP solutions for improved operational performance.
Data Management and Reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of production, inventory, and engineering data into the ERP system.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management to monitor KPIs and operational metrics.
- Maintain data integrity, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies.
Implementation and Upgrades
- Lead ERP implementation projects, including new modules, system upgrades, and integrations.
- Train end-users on ERP functionalities, best practices, and process adherence.
- Document workflows, system configurations, and user manuals.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the liaison between IT, production, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
- Ensure ERP aligns with business processes and supports departmental objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through ERP capabilities and analytics.
Compliance and Security
- Ensure ERP data complies with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor system access and implement security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Conduct periodic system reviews to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Production, Mechanical, or Engineering discipline.
- 10–15 years of experience managing ERP systems, preferably in production, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
- Expertise in ERP modules such as Production Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Quality Control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
