Responsibilities
- Provide basic ERPNext user support and troubleshoot day-to-day issues.
- Understand end-user requirements and align them with business requirements.
- Assist users while working on ERP modules and support custom developments when required.
- Support data imports, master data updates, and report generation (Excel).
- Help configure forms, roles, permissions, and print formats.
- Prepare training documents/modules and support end-user training sessions.
- Participate in testing new features, updates, and ERP modules.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of ERP software such as ERPNext, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or strong interest in learning ERP systems.Understanding of core business processes:- Sales
- Purchase
- Inventory
- Accounts
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Python / JavaScript / SQL will be an added advantage.
