Experience Required: 5+ years (8+ years preferred)

We are seeking an experienced ERP Data Conversion Specialist to support large-scale ERP transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on ETL expertise, strong understanding of manufacturing and MRP processes, and a proven track record leading or executing complex data migration workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data conversion activities for ERP implementations, including data profiling, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows using tools such as SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) or Informatica.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand legacy and target data structures, ensuring accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
- Define data cleansing rules, validation checks, and reconciliation procedures.
- Support cutover activities, data loads, defect resolution, and postmigration validation.
- Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Document conversion strategies, data objects, technical specifications, and transformation logic.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on ETL development experience (8+ years preferred), using SAP BODS and/or Informatica.
- Demonstrated experience executing ERP data migrations, preferably within SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) concepts and related master/transactional data.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify gaps, and troubleshoot data issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across functional and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with major ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, etc.).
- Prior involvement in large-scale manufacturing or supply chain transformations.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
