Job Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Map current business processes to NetSuite ERP
- Perform gap analysis and suggest system/process improvements
- Coordinate between business users and technical/development teams
- Prepare functional documents (BRD, FRD, process flows, test cases)
- Support NetSuite configuration activities
- Plan and support UAT testing and sign-off
- Assist with user training, documentation, and change management
- Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate UAT planning, testing, and sign-off.
- Assist in user training, documentation, and change management activities.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows, scripts, and configurations
- Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- NetSuite certification
- ERP implementation or support experience
