ERC Generalist Level 2
Profile: Join Adobe as an ERC Generalist 2 and act as the initial contact for all Employee and Manager concerns! This role is notable in its range, providing generalist support to boost manager and employee success. You will handle inquiries concerning HR policies, procedures, and programs, collaborating with COEs to explore and put into practice suitable responses. This role demands a strong sense of customer dedication, a proactive mentality in foreseeing people-related needs, and a results-focused perspective.
Reports To: Manager - ERC
Years of Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related HR Generalist experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Triage and respond to incoming People Resources employee calls and queries using a case tracking tool. These queries cover benefits, data and records, non-ERC, compensation, recruiting, and training. Provide support, research, and problem resolution as needed.
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Provide 1 click reporting support.
- Complete voluntary termination activities.
- Offer first-level mentoring to employees and evaluate the need to bring up based on complexity.
- Provide operational support where local responsibilities are needed.
- Work on basic Excel/PowerPoint and some initial level of data analysis.
Skill Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Foundational generalist skills in human resources, including technical and administrative knowledge of all HR functions and tools.
- Demonstrates problem-solving and prioritising capabilities for moderately complex cases.
- Ability to articulate problem areas and maintain a focus on finding effective approaches.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at every level.
- Ability to learn new tools and platforms and handle change management.
