Total Experience 2-7 years
Qualification- MSW
Specific Certification / Additional Certifications HR/IR
Technical Skills Requirement:
MS Office, Project Management, Union Handling, Disciplinary proceedings, collective bargaining, negotiations, employee welfare and Stakeholder Management
Behavioral Skills Requirement:
Emotional control, flexibility, interpersonal awareness, influencing/persuasion skills, networking, personal credibility, resilience, risk taking and decision making
