Job Summary
The Employee Engagement Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and workplace culture. The role focuses on creating engagement programs, managing internal communication, and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement Initiatives
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and programs.
Organize celebrations, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Develop initiatives to improve employee morale and workplace culture.
Draft and circulate internal communication related to HR initiatives, events, and announcements.
Manage employee newsletters, communication boards, and engagement platforms.
Act as a bridge between employees and management for engagement-related feedback.
- Employee Recognition Programs
Manage reward and recognition programs to appreciate employee contributions.
Coordinate monthly/quarterly awards and appreciation initiatives.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and pulse surveys.
Analyze feedback and work with HR leadership to implement improvements.
Plan and coordinate company events such as festivals, town halls, annual days, and team outings.
Manage event logistics, vendors, and budgets.
- Employee Welfare Activities
Support wellness programs, CSR activities, and employee well-being initiatives.
Ensure a healthy and inclusive work environment.
Track participation and engagement metrics for HR programs.
Prepare reports on engagement initiatives and their impact.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources / Business Administration / Psychology.
13 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, or HR Operations (BPO/Corporate preferred).

Knowledge of employee engagement tools and HR practices
Experience in organizing corporate events
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
