Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for an Equity Sales Manager. The Equity Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key investors, managing equity sales processes, conducting market research, and presenting investment opportunities. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams, preparing customized financial solutions for clients, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial analysis, market research, and equity trading
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Experience with investment presenting and creating tailored financial solutions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant professional experience)
• Previous experience working in equity sales or investment management is a plus
