Who We're Looking For
- 23 years in Equity Research or Investment Analysis (sell-side or buy-side)
- Deep familiarity with financial statement analysis and valuation frameworks
- Experience building operating and financial models across sectors
- Skilled at navigating 10-Ks, 10-Qs, earnings transcripts, and investor presentations
- Strong analytical writing and ability to explain trends, drivers, and investment implications clearly
The Work
- Create detailed company and sector analysis scenarios
- Build financial models with clear documentation of your analytical approach
- Design peer comparison and time-series analysis tasks
- Structure data extraction from public filings and earnings materials
- Evaluate AI-generated research outputs for accuracy and insight quality
