Job Description

The Desk Head Equity will lead a team of Equity Relationship Managers and drive business growth through client acquisition, client relationship management, and cross-selling of financial products. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of equity markets, and the ability to manage and grow a high-value HNI and Corporate client base.

Location: Mumbai , Pune , Ahmedabad and Nagpur

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Equity Relationship Managers.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Provide coaching, product guidance, and support to enhance team productivity.

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Acquire high-value HNI and Corporate clients in the Equity domain.
  • Generate revenue from new and existing clients through advisory and execution-based services.

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and retain relationships with HNI and Trader clients.
  • Enhance advisory engagement through proactive communication and consistent service delivery.
  • Strengthen client trust and increase wallet share through tailored investment solutions.

Cross-Selling

  • Execute cross-selling initiatives in line with organizational priorities.
  • Promote appropriate financial products and services based on client needs and market opportunities.

Market & Product Expertise

  • Stay updated on financial markets, equity trends, and advisory products.
  • Provide informed recommendations supported by market insights and research.

Experience: - Minimum 8 to 15 yrs in handling Equity HNI relationship, /Trader clients from Stock Broking companies.
