Job Title: Research Analyst — Equity (Technical + Fundamental)

Location: Raipur (On-site) · Type: Full-time

About: Sharda Group (family office) is building a small research desk. We need a hands-on analyst who reads charts, generates trade ideas, and supports investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities (short):

• Daily market watch & trade ideas (technical setups + brief rationale).
• Charting: price action, RSI/MACD, EMAs, Fib, support/resistance.
• Basic fundamental checks and concise research notes.
• Maintain watchlist, backtest simple strategies, present findings to principals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in equity research / prop desk / trading or exceptional fresher with strong charting record.
• Proficient with TradingView/Amibroker/Excel. Good communication (Hindi/English).
• Honest, disciplined, able to work on-site in Raipur.
