1) Trading Dealing in Equities Shares/Stocks on behalf of clients with 0% dealing error.
2) Achieving the Business target assigned in Terms of - generating revenue, acquiring
clients, enhancing, & upgrading the client relationship.
3) Profiling Clients & Suggesting financial products (Equity) to meet customer needs
as per their risk appetite.
4) Ensuring the highest level of service to the clients.
5) Responsible for activation of trading account of clients
6) Responsible for cross selling products like Insurance, Mutual Fund, PMS, SIPs, IPOs.
7) Responsible for Handling HNI Clients
8) Coordinating with clients for their daily trades in Equity.
9) Help customers to Execute trade online and place orders on behalf of customers.
10) Making confirmation of orders and trades done during the day to clients.
11) Acquiring new clients through existing clients referrals.
12) Keep abreast of micro & macroeconomic indicators, global & domestic financial markets and impact on stock movements.
13) Responsible for collecting margins/ market-to-market loss.
14) Follow guidelines of Risk management and Settlement
15) Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines.
16) Knowledge of Equity/ Stocks/ Shares - Trading/ Dealing, Risk, Regulation, investments products - Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance
