Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud implementations across assigned modules (Planning/FCCS/ARCS/TRCS/PCMCS).
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Serve as the application design lead and point of contact for respective EPM modules.
  • Provide architecture solutions and enhancements to existing systems based on evolving business needs.
  • Develop and configure business rules, data forms, task lists, dashboards, and reports.
  • Ensure integration across modules and with source systems (ERP/GL).
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
  • Document requirements, design specifications, and configuration details as per Oracle best practices.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment with organizational reporting and compliance needs.
  • Stay updated on EPM Cloud advancements and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, or PCMCS).

Strong expertise in at least one of the following modules:

  • Planning (PBCS/EPBCS): Hands-on experience in planning models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Workforce, Capex), business rules, and reporting.
  • FCCS: Knowledge of consolidation processes, income statement, balance sheet, and financial disclosure methods.
  • ARCS: Experience in reconciliation compliance, transaction matching, and integration with GL/consolidation tools.
  • TRCS: Understanding of tax reporting, compliance, deferred tax calculations, and tax accounting processes.
  • PCMCS: Expertise in profitability and cost management, Essbase (ASO/BSO), and integration through Data Management.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes — accounting, general ledger, sub-ledgers, and reporting.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reports, and web reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good-to-Have:

  • PCMCS certification or equivalent EPM Cloud certification.
  • Experience in automation, performance optimization, and report customization.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exposure to multiple EPM modules or cross-functional solution design.
