We are seeking an experienced EPM to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-8 years of relevant experience in the job market context of India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-8 years of relevant experience in EPM or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software
Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
Knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
