Environmental Health Safety Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, based in Mumbai with opportunities for remote work. In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee safety policies and programs to ensure workplace compliance with EHS regulations. Responsibilities include conducting safety assessments, organizing and delivering safety training sessions, and evaluating workplace hazards and risks. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions, preparing safety reports, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

• Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
• Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Workplace Safety management
• Strong skills in designing and delivering Safety Training programs
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and safety compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
