Environmental Health Safety Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist. The role involves implementing and maintaining safety and environmental health standards within the organization. Daily tasks include developing and conducting safety training programs, monitoring workplace compliance with EHS regulations, assessing risks and hazards, and ensuring employee well-being. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and ensure continuous improvement in occupational health and safety practices.

• Expertise in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards
• Knowledge and experience in Workplace Safety and conducting Safety Training programs
• Ability to assess and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with EHS regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills to foster a safety-conscious work culture
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent, are advantageous
• Experience with implementing and monitoring EHS policies within an industrial setting is a plus
