This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure workplace compliance with regulations and company standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing occupational and workplace safety initiatives, delivering safety training, and fostering a culture of safety. The position also requires regular monitoring of safety practices and ensuring compliance with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards across all operations.

• Proficiency in Health & Safety, including understanding and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Experience in Occupational Health and its application within diverse workplace environments.
• Expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices and standards.
• Strong understanding of Workplace Safety and consistent implementation of safety protocols.
• Capabilities in designing and providing effective Safety Training programs and sessions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in retail or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
