Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager

• Lead EHS operations across multiple IT/corporate office sites and facility portfolios

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, legal requirements, and JLL EHS standards

• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across sites

• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation

• Develop and implement safety programs, SOPs, and emergency preparedness plans

• Maintain EHS documentation, dashboards, KPI reports, and compliance records

• Coordinate with vendors, facility teams, and stakeholders on safety compliance execution

• Conduct EHS training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs

• Monitor workplace hazards and implement preventive safety measures

• Support ISO certifications such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance

• Drive continuous improvement in occupational health and safety performance

• Ensure adherence to Indian EHS laws and workplace safety regulations

• Manage multi-site safety operations and standardization of EHS practices

• Track safety performance metrics and report to senior management

• Promote strong safety culture across employees, contractors, and vendors

• Support emergency drills, evacuation planning, and crisis response readiness
