Job Description

  • Responsible for the EHS organization, providing quality EHS services to operations and facilitate in achieving benchmark performance.
  • To Complain the Legal requirements related to Environmental issues at the Project site
  • Reduction in waste generation
  • Coordination with the Stake Holders ( Internal and External ) for Environmental works for the benefits of the Project site.
  • Maintaining the Environmental management at the Project site
  • Plan and conduct Environmental awareness training program to the Contracts / Workmen / Staff members.
  • Prepare & Submit all Environmental regulatory compliances related to CPCB / MPCB and MoEF & CC
  • Ensure the implementation of EHS Policy & Integrated Management System for EHS at the project site.
  • Organize campaigns, competitions & other special emphasis prgrammes to promote Environmental in workplace.
  • Conduct internal ISO 14001 audit for monitoring the performance of EMS Systems.
  • Implementation of environment good practices of water conversation, energy saving, installation of air pollution control devices and noise mitigation
  • Prepare EHS compliances for weekly walk down.
  • implementation of control measures as per EIA to prevent adverse effects in work area and measurement
  • control of pollutants and harmful substances by control devices and continuous monitoring of substances
  • Develop & facilitate implementation of project specific guidelines & procedures
  • waste reduction through policies and waste management principles
  • Prepare project specific risk assessments and conduct training
  • Identifying, designing and imparting site specific training for staff, subcontractor, workmen and visitors.
  • Continually monitor the proactive & reactive EHS performance at project and facilitate operations to take necessary corrective & preventive action.
  • Candidate should have knowledge in above mentioned experience
