Role Description

We are seeking an Environment, Health, and Safety Manager for an on-site contract position in Bilaspur. The responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS policies and practices, conducting risk assessments, managing occupational health programs, and investigating workplace incidents. Other tasks involve delivering EHS training and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to foster a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health.
• 15 Years of Experience in Construction field
• BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil) (AICTE Approved) (Mandatory)
• Diploma in Industrial Safety / ADIS/ PDIS/ NEBOSH (AICTE Approved) (Mandatory)
• ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in Accident Investigation and Risk Assessment processes.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective EHS training programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance and EHS policy implementation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or training in Health and Safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
