Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager based in Mumbai. The EHS Manager will oversee environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, implementing safety measures, investigating incidents, and leading training sessions on safety and occupational health practices. The role also involves coordinating with project teams to integrate EHS standards into operations and fostering a culture of safety across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices
  • Proficiency in Occupational Health protocols and management
  • Skills in conducting Accident Investigation and implementing preventative measures
  • Experience in designing and delivering effective safety and compliance Training programs
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international EHS regulations and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH,ADIS, IOSH, or equivalent would be an added advantage
  • Proven record of fostering a safety-first culture in previous roles
