Process: US Life Insurance PHS Process 

Location: Noida

Employment: Full time Permanent on-roll job

Working Mode: 5 days a week. Work from Office

Shift: Rotational Shift (including Night Shift) of Fixed Night Shift

Transportation: Cab facility provided

Joining required: Immediate or max within 15 days

Criteria -

Education: Any Non-Engineering Graduate/PG (except BE/BTech/MCA). *Graduation must be full time classroom course. Must have Degree Certificate*.

Experience: 0 - 3 year (Recent Passout Freshers are eligible)

Salary: 2.6 LPA to 4.3 LPA (for experienced, only relevant experience is considered)

Required Experience / Knowledge - 

• Must have experience in -
• Policy services & policy administration (PHS) in  US Life Insurance or Annuity Process.      OR
• Freshers are also eligible
• Candidates must possess good communication skill – Both verbal and written
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Open to work in evening and Night Shifts (US Shifts) or Rotational Shifts
• Ability to work independently / with a Team and to adapt to a fast-changing environment | Organized, set priorities and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities - 

For US Life Insurance Policy Holder Services (PHS) process - Involves the post-issuance administration of US-based insurance policies (typically Life, Annuity, or Health). It is a back-office or blended support role focused on maintaining the policy lifecycle after it has been sold. Like, updating customer information (address, beneficiaries, bank details) and managing policy status changes etc.
