We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented International Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with global clients, pitching our services/products, and driving revenue. Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Initiate outbound calls or handle inbound inquiries from international customers (US/UK/AU/Middle East markets).

Sales Pitching: Effectively present and sell the value proposition of our products/services to potential global clients.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with international clients to ensure long-term business growth.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to maximize your earning potential through our unlimited incentive structure.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in International Sales (Voice Process, BPO, or Inside Sales).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or global accent.

Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

Availability: Must be comfortable working in night shifts or rotational shifts to align with international time zones.

Mindset: A high-energy individual who is self-motivated and target-driven.
