About the Role
Vamstar is looking for an Entry Data Analyst to join our growing global team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to build hands-on experience in data research, analytics, and healthcare markets, while working on projects that have real-world, global impact.
This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate manual data capture from diverse data sources.
- Research and analyze new markets, trends, and datasets.
- Interpret and validate large volumes of data with high accuracy.
- Maintain and improve existing data repositories and processes.
- Work extensively with Google Sheets (advanced formulas), Google Drive, and Google Translate.
- Deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with global teams to support process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Basic understanding of data management and analytics concepts.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote setup.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices industries.
- Interest in healthcare markets and global supply chains.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule & Holidays
- Weekend working required (Saturday & Sunday).
- Two fixed weekday offs.
- Working hours: 12:00 PM – 08:00 PM IST.
- UK Public holidays are applicable for this role.
- Employees working on an Indian holiday listed in the company calendar will be eligible for double pay/Compensation off upon attendance, as per company policy.
