What You'll Do

• Work side-by-side with Founders & CXOs on high-stakes problems
• Build and scale 01 ideas from scratch
• Own real business outcomes-revenue, growth, new bets
• Operate across product, growth, strategy & ops
• Take decisions, not just execute them

Who This Is For

• B.Tech (Tier 1) + MBA (IIM/ISB or equivalent)
• 2-4 years in consulting / product / strategy / high-growth startups
• Experience in Founder's Office / PMO, or closely working with CXOs, or in business strategy / growth roles
• Someone who has already seen how decisions get made at the top-and wants to be the one making them
• Sharp, analytical, high-agency individuals with extreme ownership

Location: Bengaluru (On-Site)
