Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Incubation (0to1): Lead end-to-end execution of new business opportunities, products, or revenue streams from concept to launch.
- Growth & Marketing: Drive performance marketing, content strategy, and customer acquisition to scale new D2C categories.
- Founder's Office Operations: Act as an internal founder, working directly with the CEO on high-impact projects, including managing operations, supply chain, and vendor partnerships.
- Data Analysis: Use consumer insights, market trends, and data to drive decision-making for product positioning and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Build and lead temporary teams across product, tech, and design to achieve rapid execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–3 years of intense startup experience, preferably as an ex-founder or in a growth/strategy role at a D2C brand.
- Mindset: Extreme ownership, hustler mentality, and comfort with high ambiguity.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, multi-disciplinary knowledge (marketing, ops, product), and ability to work under pressure.
- Education: Top-tier B-School (IIT/IIM/ISB) graduates
