Most roles come with clearly defined boundaries. This one doesn't.

We're looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) — someone who is excited by ambiguity, obsessed with solving problems, and motivated by building meaningful impact across the company.

This is a role for people who don't wait for perfect structures, complete information, or detailed playbooks. Instead, they step into chaos, create clarity, drive execution, and move the business forward.

You will work closely with the founders on the company's most critical priorities — owning problem statements end-to-end and driving outcomes that genuinely move the needle.

The problems will change. The ownership won't.

What does an EIR do here

As an EIR, you will function as a high-impact generalist working across business functions, strategic initiatives, and operational challenges.

Every quarter, the company may have a different priority:

  • Launching a new business initiative
  • Fixing operational bottlenecks
  • Driving revenue growth
  • Building scalable processes
  • Improving customer experience
  • Hiring and building teams
  • Solving cross-functional execution gaps
  • Setting up new systems and workflows
  • Driving founder-led special projects

Your role is to pick up these problem statements, bring structure to ambiguity, execute relentlessly, and deliver outcomes.

Once solved, you move on to the next important challenge.

This is not a floater role in the traditional sense.

It is a high-trust, high-ownership role designed for future leaders and builders inside the company.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Work directly with founders on strategic and operational priorities
  • Independently drive high-impact projects from idea to execution
  • Solve ambiguous business problems with structured thinking
  • Build systems, processes, and scalable workflows
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure execution velocity
  • Own KRAs tied to business outcomes
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities proactively
  • Create clarity in fast-moving and uncertain environments
  • Execute with speed while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Continuously adapt to evolving business priorities
