Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Entrepreneur in Residence to work closely with the Founder and leadership team. This role is a blend of strategy, operations, problem-solving, and execution. You will wear multiple hats, own high-impact projects, and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day priorities across the organization.

NOTE: This is a 6 days, work from office role working in US Shift timings (6:30pm to 3:30am or 9pm to 6am)

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Projects & Execution

• Work on cross-functional initiatives directly driven by the Founder.

• Conduct research, build briefs, and present insights for decision-making.

• Track progress of key projects and ensure timely execution.

2. Business Operations

• Improve operational processes and support in setting up scalable systems.

• Coordinate with different teams to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates for leadership.

3. Founder Support

• Manage the Founder's priorities, follow-ups, and action items.

• Draft documents, presentations, and communication as required.

• Represent the Founder in internal discussions when needed.

4. Problem Solving & Analysis

• Break down complex problems into actionable steps.

• Analyze data to support decisions across product, business, and operations.

• Present structured solutions with clear recommendations.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.

• Ensure seamless communication across the organization.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication (written & verbal).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• High ownership, bias for action, and willingness to get hands dirty.

• 0–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, product, or similar roles (flexible).

• Proficiency in research, documentation, and basic data handling.
