Responsibilities
- Deliver packages promptly and efficiently from Delhivery Ltd. to customers addresses across Hyderabad.
- Ensure every delivery meets the high-quality standards set by Delhivery Ltd.
- Handle all packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and collect proof of delivery as needed for Delhivery Ltd.
- Follow prescribed routes and delivery instructions to meet deadlines.
- Report any delivery issues or delays to Delhivery Ltd. management.
- Keep your delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving.
- Work closely with the Delhivery Ltd. team to enhance delivery processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- All educational backgrounds are acceptable; experience in delivery is preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant delivery experience is a plus.
- A valid driver's license (if applicable) and good knowledge of Hyderabad's local routes.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage packages of different sizes and weights effectively for Delhivery Ltd.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
