About AWIB: AWIB is a network of Women Founders, Women Entrepreneurs, Women CEOs and Managers who have a decision-making role in their businesses. The Association provides newer opportunities to its network members and hand-holds early stage women led businesses to reach their true potential.

What's the role

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Association of Women in Business. The Entrepreneur in Residence will identify and develop innovative business opportunities, create detailed business strategies, and work closely with various teams to implement these strategies effectively. Other tasks include conducting market research, engaging with stakeholders, and mentoring emerging entrepreneurs in the organization.

What is the Founder-in-Residence Program

A structured 10-week accelerator pathway + an intensive, in-person cofounder-matching retreat in Goa (2629 Dec) where founders find cofounders, form teams, and validate ideas. Post-retreat, teams enter the accelerator continuum (workshops, mentorship, investor office hours) and can pitch for institutional funding.
